Support - Incendiary Airburst Launcher - Only direct impacts count

For Support Specialist 2 (3) only direct impact damage with the Incendiary Airburst count, making it a huge pain to try to complete. I'm assuming this is a bug because otherwise it will be extremely...

Ok so they listen to all the other things and fix it but they can’t fix this? I get making t challenging but I went 6+ hours getting to this and only getting 32 points total worth of damage out of the 2,000? What do they expect us to do not work for a living to do this impossible challenge?
