Support - Incendiary Airburst Launcher - Only direct impacts count

For Support Specialist 2 (3) only direct impact damage with the Incendiary Airburst count, making it a huge pain to try to complete. I'm assuming this is a bug because otherwise it will be extremely...

I'm having the same issue. Multiple kills and tons of hits and I'm stuck at about 60 points. I've probably done about 1000 damage. Super frustrating! Hopefully it gets patched soon!
