I'm playing on PS5 Pro. I just hit level 21 so I started working on the class assignment challanges. Support Assignment 1 doesn't track for me, I've healed many people with defibrillators, stims and med bag, but no progress is tracking. I've already completed the "earn score" part of the assignment, but the "heal teammates" deosn't track for me.
Not bugged, you simply don't do any proper healing atm. I have gained 1500 healing after 20-30 matches of ONLY trying to heal people, but sadly the medbag itself is rather buggy atm and they need to spend several seconds just sitting on it to start getting healed, which nobody does. It's just poorly designed right now.
It really is bugged. Doesn’t work. I have dropped the supply bag and had players sit on it taking continuous damage and recovery… nothing. No other source of healing receiving but mine, replenishing the health packs. Some players get credit out of nowhere… most don’t.
I tested healing from Revive Recovery training and Restock Allies… same thing. (Also, there is a bug where the support Restock Allies ability does not work and stays greyed out, of flashes green but doesn’t work when the button to activate it is pressed.
Agreed. Notably, this challenge is ALSO a typo. “With the support….” With the support, what? Bag? Skill? Class? No form of healing method has worked and I’ve tested them all. Had non-support players get perpetually damaged and healed exclusively by me. Had players revived with Revive Recovery skill giving health regen. Had Restock Allies class ability used during widespread damage… nothing.
It’s bugged.

In order to get progress I revive with defibrillator to 50 % and instant throw a med bag. only way to gain any Healing

Surprised there’s only a few comments on this. Seen lots of reports in other forums of people experiencing this issue. Please fix it.
That is completely incorrect, I have revived team mates and have dropped supply bag to heal them, I have seen their health shoot up to 100% because of the supply bag I dropped and I still have no progress tracked

Nah, it's definitely bugged mate, among many others. There have been daily challenges relating to the exact same thing and they've tracked just fine.
You are just making stuff up. It’s obviously bugged. I did 1714 healing over about 5 games and then it abruptly stopped counting. I watched teammates get healed by my bag and it not counting
I found the issue after testing and testing hours after hours the bag you throw down as the support role so basically when you throw it down it takes a few ticks before it actually starts healing the player and obviously a lot of players like to run off straight away and never stand still long enough for it to activate the solution that helped me complete my 5000. Until this is fixed throw your support bag down on the body give it 2 seconds then revive when they get up the bag should start registering their health it worked perfect for me obviously took a long time as people ran off but the bag timer needs to be worked on to work quicker and maybe a bigger area for it to target the person hope this helps
Mines bugged, but somehow I've gotten some progress, 1044/5000, so i'm trying to do every mode to figure out where i got the progress at. I think that might have something to do with it.
I think the trick is to use bots on breakthrough, they tend to want to heal. So they actually trigger the healing XP
Then that is by definition, a “bug“. If the healing bag itself is bugged, as well as the fact that people can throw it down and sit on it for endless amounts of time and get healed and still not get points, that means the whole thing is bugged. If D fibs, stems, etc., aren’t working either, then that means it is definitely bugged with the challenge as well as the med bag.
I am still having this issue, with every class. Is there going to be a fix?

My weekly challange for healing was tracking normaly while the class one was stuck at 150(now 210) at the same time so no..
Im borderline not about to play this any longer! When will this be fixed? Im level 55 and literally stuck on any type of progression in assignments until thisbis fixed.
You need to drag revive people like you do on any other class instead of using defibs. Either that or you have use a portal matches to do it.
I got a similar problem but the last Support assignment where I need to revive 75 times. I hope its not because I have to do it in 1 single match lol.
