Support Loadout 2 Cannot Equip Smoke Grenades

When customizing Loadout 2 for Support, there is no option to equip smoke Grenades.

This applies when equipping both, Combat Medic and Fire Support Training Paths.

Changing weapons, gadgets, melee does not change it. Reseting/quitting the game does not change it.
