Support without Smoke grenade
So the solution of the bug has been found. I made use of Loadout 2 instead of one. It seems Loadout 2 doesnt have a smoke grenade in the throwables list.

I am also having this issue.
My loadout 2 cannot equip smokes either!
I also cannot equip smokes in the 2nd loadout slot for support
