SVDM

I have SVDM with green color pattern, bought from some pack. I have reached for 18 lvl for SVDM and it looks like I opened all suppressors  but I can't put them on my gun. 

Is that mean they are still closed for me and I should level up to use it? Or that's a bug without any explanations ? 

How to fix it?
