Switching from LMG to defibrillator stops working

Hi, when using the medic class, sometimes the LMG to defibrillator bugs out and wont switch.
I also experienced that after changing between knife and defibrillator the character hud disappears in a crouching position. I can shoot the LMG but not see the weapon or anything.
