Tank Mastery skin has increased damage

A day ago, I reached level 50 in tank mastery, installed a new skin, and noticed that my gameplay had got worse. As it turned out, even with Reinforced Plating installed, instead of 200 damage, I can take about 700 damage to the front armor. This does not depend on the tank or shell type because I took that much damage from players using HEAT, APFSDS and RPG-7.  I put my basic skin back on, and there is no such problem with it. 

I also think that this skin should have reduced damage in the dozer blade area.
