tank/ifv zoom view aiming sensitivity issue

The tanks/ifvs have different aiming sensitivity in the zoom view depending on which view the player switches into zoom from, external or internal view.

Enter an IFV or a tank (tested in an abrams and bradley) external view being the default, enter the zoomed view and check the sensitivity and exit to external view. Now enter the internal view with the external camera keybind and use the zoom key, its the same view as before but now the sensitivity is much slower.

I think the issue is that the internal view sensitivity is way too slow and somehow it carries over when zooming from it.

My control settings for vehicles are
