Tanks and Heavy Ground Vehicles move on their own

I'm having the exact same problem. I have to fight with trying to keep the tank steady while trying to target and shoot at the same time. It's frustrating that I'm about to give up operating a tank till EA can get this fixed.  I've tried adjusting the dead zone after googling for a fix but it still won't stop the tank from spinning.
