Team Gamertags Not Displaying in Lobbies

When entering a game lobby with a squad (for example, the helicopter in Gauntlet or BR), often my gamertag is the only one that displays. I can go to squad management and see who is in my squad, but generally I can't see them in the main lobby menu. There is a different glitch that sometimes occurs, where their tags do display, but in random parts of the lower screen, sometimes clipping off the edge of the screen.

    Thanks for the report. That definitely does not sound right.
    Just so we can take a closer look, could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you get a chance? If you’re able to capture the missing squad names in the lobby, or the tags appearing in the wrong place on the screen, that would be especially helpful.

    If possible, please also let us know:

    • which mode this happens in most often
    • whether it happens every time or only occasionally
    • does it happen when cross-platform is enabled? 

    If you notice any pattern, that would help as well.

    Thanks for the response, I have attached an example of the issue in an Escalation lobby. Both players were visible in the squad management menu (not shown) and were human for clarification. 

    I have noticed this bug in Escalation, Rush, CQC modes, Conquest, Gauntlet, and Breakthrough. I assume it exists in other modes but I only have data on the ones mentioned. I would say it happens 90-95% of the time, with the remainder being a mix of partial to full gamer tags of squad visible. I play with cross-play active at all times; I haven’t paid attention to the times it doesn’t happen in correlation to the platform of my squad mates.
