Teammates cannot spawn in my attack chopper and vice versa

The attack helicopter only lets your squadmates spawn into it. I am unable to spawn into an open gunner seat when a team member has the attack chopper and sometimes I take the chopper and if one of my squadmates doesn't spawn into it I have no gunner because no one else can spawn in. No other vehicle functions this way and it makes no sense.

This is game breaking. Fix ASAP.
