For some reasong challenges dont track on conquest mode. After playing some rounds on breakthrough I noticed that challenges started to progress: almost completed the healing chellenge for the support and half of the reprair challenge for the engineer.
So whilist the devs figuring out the bug I recommend you to hop onto the breakthrough mode
