Text chat doesn't display some messages

In many instances I can't see my friends' or other players messages in the text chat, no matter what channel I'm viewing, All, team, squad or party the messages they send do not appear for me.

The conversations happening have out of context responses as if one person were talking and responding to themselves.

I can hear on the voice chat my friends commenting on the conversations that are going on in the text chat but I literally cannot see them. Please, if there's any fix or explanation for this I'd appreciate the response, thanks
