The problem of tracking counts disappearing

In the early stages, a bug in the custom portal server caused challenges to progress incorrectly, resulting in the tracking not being properly reset and only the count decreasing.

The weekly content also changed, and although I hoped it would fix itself naturally, it didn't.

Some people might have experienced an even greater decrease in their count.

There's no way to fix this, is there?
