I have the same issue, I've tried:
- restarting the game
- repairing the game
- updating my nvidia drivers

only Full Reinstall worked for me, hope this helps

Thank you for this. I can confirm it worked for me as well. Repairing the game does not, but a full uninstall / reinstall works.

Straight after the update when trying Eastwood the game crashed but after an hour it stopped crashing however the countdown clock would work and look like it's about to join but the screen freezes and goes back to where you click [Start]
I wonder if this is just an issue for us EA app users again and the Steam / Consoles are fine??

Using the EA App
- First had problems with starting the game

same here. Crash to desktop whenever i try to play via Eastwood All out Warfare game mode or freezes when eastwood map goes into rotation on a random server

Again, I stuggle with playing the game on start of new patch/release WHAT A HELL?
And on release they didnt provided the free battlepass as they informed.

Mine was doing this but I've managed to fix it. Went to my Install folder (for me this was C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 6) and searched for "mp_eastwood" - it found 3 folders and 3 files (I assume one file per folder) I deleted all 3 folders containing the files and then repaired Battlefield via the EA launcher. I'm currently loaded into Escalation on Eastwood. So far so good.
