UI issues on Xbox platform

Nothing appears in the menu when you select Multiplayer, I can still play multiplayer but only the games that are in the top menu (is it  highlighted or recommended something like that) for example I can't play TDM as that's in the multiplayer menu which I can't access.

Scrolling in some of the menus with a controller is very difficult, for example when I'm in the Audio menu and trying to select the correct sound profile I can select one and it backs out so I have to keep selecting I can't just scroll through the options and select what I want 

When I try to read the description of the different sound settings in the right hand column the scroll is too sensitive and I can't read all of the different settings.
