Unable to Respawn and entire Lobby bugged

Played a round of Domination Eastwood.

It was at the beginning a bot lobby with just us 4 players and bots filled up to start the game.

I died on the roof, but upon respawn my entire screen went black.
I still could hear all sounds and could use all menu options.
Nothing happened if I tried to shoot/aim/walk .

I could not respawn, not even under ESC > redeploy (this option wasn't available at all)
Also, maybe because of this, ticket's didn't increase for the entire lobby lol.

it was also strange that capturing took really long, like 1 minute.
