Unable to spawn -environmental

After spawning in on a teammate on Manhattan Bridge, the building he was in collapsed, less than a second from me spawning in. I was dead before I even saw my POV. Afterwards I was unable to select any spawn location, HQ, Points, or squad mates. In the squad cam window to the right, I saw the squad mates name I tried to spawn on, but just static/noise for the picture, with the word “Contested” in red. I was unable to spawn for the remainder of the match, I tried clicking around or pulling up the menu, and alt-tabbing.
