Unable to spawn if killed while editing loadout in Domination Mode

I've also had issue trying to load the new game modes and initiation battle royale.  I hover over them, press the button to load in and I can't.  The tiles are partially opaque, and I can't get them to work unless I close out of the game and restart. If I go back to the menu after playing anything, I have the same thing happen and I have to restart the game again. 

Update: It won't let me join any game mode except custom search, unless I restart each time.
