Unable to use reloaded drone gadget after being killed while using drone
If you are flying a drone and your player is killed, then if you are revived, you can recharge your drone gadget from a supply but can not deploy it.

ah yes i wondered why i sometimes just could not deploy another drone despite it being fully charged
