Unavailable with party

I own 3 copies of BF6 for my family to play together on our 3 PS5s and when we try to play together all it says is "unavailable with party". No matter what we have tried nothing works. Its been over 2 weeks. At this point I have wasted $300 on 3 phantom edition games and we havent been able to play a single game together.
