Vanishing hands/gloves ... Phantom Edition

Yesterday my ps5 pro crashed hard because of the game. Froze and shut down entirely.  I don’t know how managing a video game is but if it’s like anything there should be someone responsible and capable of tackling this things within a reasonable time frame. Our $30 deluxe edition skin vanished a month ago or more.

Is there any plan to fix this. We purchased the phantom edition and one of the skins we purchased 2 months later is still missing hands 

Same issue occurring for me. I'm on pc, steam, win 11. I learned that i just need to validate the files and then relaunch the game. And it says there are 3 files that can't be validated every time. 

Whenever i hit play i can play for however long with no problems, but as soon as I close the game and then relaunch it, my phantom skin is bugged like that so I validate the files and then it works again. So you keep repeating that so I have a temporary fix but... wish it wouldn't happen in the first place.

Same for me, Steam PC.

Season 2 launches with 240 gameplay improvements, yet the Phantom Edition Recon skin still has the first-person hands bug. I paid $150 for the Phantom Edition — premium content should work flawlessly. Visual bugs on paid cosmetics, especially ones tied to a high-priced edition, should be treated as a priority. Leaving this unfixed makes it hard to feel confident about purchasing premium content in the future.😞

I have the same issue today in March of 2026. I run a laser on all my guns so i was able to use that to aim while ADS. switching classes, guns, gadgets, nothing worked. They all showed the Igla for my weapon, its super irritating and hard to play just because things don't load properly.. I had this problem during season one also.
