Vehicle and aircraft aim sensitivity

Anytime I adjust my tank aim sensitivity it changes it for all ground vehicles and aircraft as well. I have turned off uniform Soldier aiming to try to correct this problem but it's still persistent. Why are they not controlled separately if they're under separate menus? Please fix ASAP it makes the vehicles almost unusable
