Vehicle zoom sensitivity from third-person camera bug

been having this issue sense day one of season 1 dice please.

this bug has made the tanks and ifv's borderline unplayable especially when trying to fire on infantry with extra the time it takes to switch to first person and then zoom means that a target i could have hit before the update is now much harder due the the increased time the get guns on target and often resalts in not hitting the target at all
