Weapon Attachments Not Applying While In-Game

While I'm in game I experience an issue where I am unable to change the attachments on my weapons. I will go to edit my weapon and when I double click to apply what I want, it immediately removes the new attachment and reapplies what was attached previously. Once I am back to the main menu this issue is gone. 

This has been an issue for me and several of my friends since the beta.
