Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

My challenges are showing complete. For example close quarters 2 I have 30/30 kills and 5/5 multi kills. But the SL9 is not unlocked.

    mine is opposite, my SL9 is unlocked but SCW10 is not,  I can complete the  close quarters 2 but  close quarters 1 is not complete(shows completed but the gun is still locked)
