Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I have purchased Battlefield 6 for my PC through steam. i have noticed i have some challenges saying complete but when i go to the items they are still locked. Tried restarting my PC , verifying the game files in steam , i also uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no luck. hope this gets fixed soon as im not wanting to play as much im not going to get any reward. thanks!
