Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

Similar issue, for me it was every weapon that was in progress when the challenge update was launched, if my progress was higher than the updated goal it auto completed the challenge and locked me out of unlocking the weapon. Here are screenshots with each weapon, I have attempted all of the suggested trouble shooting steps. I'm on Steam.
