Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

hey Hey not sure if writing her ewill fix anything but the KORD rapid fire 1 challenge is complete yet gun still locked. same for the SL9 challenge close quarters 2, KTS100 challenge bullet storm 1 , qbz challenge danger close 1. all of these were completed yet I cannot use these guns. Games finished, tried doing challenges again although already marked complete - nothing works.
