I have a similar problem. I am on a PC. I have auto completed the Rapid Fire 2 challenge when they released the last patch and lowered requirements. Only problem is that it did not unlock the NVO-228E assault rifle. Now I do not have access to that weapon. I installed the new update released yesterday, restarted the game 50+ times, played 100+ additional full maps, , recompleted all the objectives for Rapid Fire 2 (just in case), and completed Rapid Fire 3. I'm still locked out from the NVO-228E. Please fix this ASAP!
