Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I started off as a free to play player. Downloaded REDSEC, progressed some challenges. For example, to unlock the KORD 6P67 I needed to inflict x damage with an Assault Rifle and get y kills with an ...

I have this problem where I complete the challenge and the weapon is not unlocked. The suggested fixes do not work.

This is happening for :

KT100 MK8
KORD 6P67

Other weapons are unlocked after completing the challenges. I think you have a sync issue that is not updating users profiles.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Should I uninstall and reinstall the game? Please fix this bug as it is impacting enjoyment of the game.
