Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

Running the latest patch on Xbox series S and there is an issue where after matches are completed, on weapons that are newly levelled in the match, the corresponding attachments for that new level remain locked and unusable until I force quit the game to the xbox home screen and relaunch it fresh. This happens every time between every single match without fail for hours at a time and is incredibly annoying because I am unable to equip my weapons with unlocked parts unless it is rebooted constantly.
