After the challenge update one of my weapons is not unlocked even though the challenge is completed tried resetting the game clear cashe everything still not unlocked
Also having the same issue. After send me NG roughly 40 plus emails back and forth and having to do the same tests or reset etc, I sent this email. I'm roughly 50 emails in now.

I still don't have the gun in unlocked.
I have completed the challenge bullet storm to unlock the KTS100 MK8.
This was a while ago now. Since then I have done the following:
- completed matches without leaving. I've done this easily over 20 times now
- hard reset the xbox, including unplugging it for well over 5 minutes. I've done this well over 20 times now.
- I cleared my mac and followed instructions by one of your advisors.
- I have fully quit the game and reloaded. I've done this easily 20 times.
- I have uninstalled and re-installed the game
- I've tried completing the challenge again, even though it shows as completed but that hasn't worked.
- I have disconnected the router and reconnected this hasn't worked.
- I've sent images
Bottom line it's not a me or my xbox issue, it's an EA issue to sort. I've looked online and I'm not the only one suffering with this. I'm also not the only one who has no faith in EA either!
And I'm also sick of not getting the same agent respond,the reason for this is they don't check the case, they just send the same auto responses. Check the case..... It's beyond a joke now.
Along side this I've noticed some of my challenges are now not progressing, specifically the one to get 2000 damage using the fire airburst launcher. I've done 64 damage and been using it for a week. I've killed people with it, hit multiple enemies with it and it's stuck at 64.
I honestly regret buying the game now.
Now I'm not really sure why you bothered sending me an email asking if it's resolved when you could just look at the case but suppose EA loves to manipulate it's figures!
