After the challenge update one of my weapons is not unlocked even though the challenge is completed tried resetting the game clear cashe everything still not unlocked

The problem was mentioned in several threads. It is still not listed in the "known bugs" pinned thread from you.

Is EA aware of the real frustrating problem? Can we expect a hotfix soon?

I also already unlocked 4 items which I can't you due to this bug..
