Been having this issue for several weeks since they reduced the requirements for challenges. Have spoken to EA support several times since and they say they're working on it. The status for the case reads "no fix available".
Have verified game cache integrity, uninstalled/reinstalled tried every game mode etc.
The Kord 6P67, Deploy Beacon, QBZ 192, SCW-10, M320A1 SMK, PSR and everything that requires you to use the above weapons/gadgets to unlock the next weapon/gadget are all locked out.
