Hey everyone,

Thanks for sharing your concerns about the situation.

A few players have reported success after:

Fully rebooting the game client
Playing and completing a full match (don’t leave early)
For console users: clearing the cache and relaunching
On PC: using Repair Game (via EA app or Steam, depending on platform)

If you’ve already tried these and your weapon or item still hasn’t unlocked, please share which one it is and what platform you’re on.

Date: 16.11.2025

Did try the full reboot, used the repair tool from Steam and played multiple full matches since.
I progressed from lvl 70 to lvl +90 since noticing the Kord not unlocking.
Unlocked the L85A3 and SG553 since, Kord and QBZ still locked.

Weapons not unlocked:
Kord 6P67, QBZ-192, KTS100 MK8, M320A1 RCH / 40mm Smoke.
