Hey there. Try rebooting your console/PC and then play through a match. It may take multiple matches, but we've had reports from others this is getting those rewards to unlock.

I can confirm that I'm experiencing the same issue with the close quarters 1 challenge. All suggested solutions have come up unsuccessful
