I would like to confirm that I have tried every troubleshooting step you mentioned, including:
– Fully rebooting the game
– Completing full matches without leaving early
– Clearing cache on PlayStation 5
– Repairing the game
– Deleting the game completely and reinstalling it again — but nothing changed
Unfortunately, the issue still persists and both weapons remain locked.
The items that are still not unlocking are:
KTS 100 MK8 LMG
QBZ-192
In addition, I want to mention something important that may help diagnose the issue:
Four days ago, I changed my EA account name from salemraf3 to Red_Wolf_Q8 through the EA website, but the new name still does NOT appear inside the game.
This strongly suggests there may be an account synchronization problem between my EA profile and Battlefield 6.
