Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

Both the SL9 SMG for Engineer and the Deploy Beacon for assault are unlocked but not equipable. Maybe there's more but this is what I've found so far.

If EA doesn't know it's a problem they're blind or don't have the man power to fix their AI that fixes crap. If it seems that I'm frustrated it's because these 'support' sites for EA suck and keep sucking more every time I've tried to use them throughout the years.
