Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I've tried to do the fixes but I'm still not able to unlock the Kord and SCW. Before the update, I was working on their challenges, but when the new update was released, both were completed but the weapons were still locked. I have tried for days to fix but nothing has worked. I even noticed one skin for Assault and Support are also locked as well. I'm on PS5
