Dear EA support,
since the beginning of the game I have been doing the challenges to receive weapons and skins etc. While some of the challenges have rewarded me as it was supposed to some others do not seem to unlock the weapon like the kord for example or the qbz I have been waiting for your updates to fix that but even the latest update on 18th of November did not resolve this issue.
Please find the attached as a reference and if can you please provide any assistance needed.
P.S from my discussions there are plenty more players that have the same issue as I do.
Additionally if it is possible I would suggest you to consider adding back the training grounds duos but also quads as there are many users that are not that competitive or like a more smooth experience and prefer killing bots and some players instead of the fully turned on competitive play redsec provides.
I have still the same problem after latest update on xbox as you ( kord, qbz, deploy beacon, skins etc…)
This can be solved by creating a ticket to EA. They were very supportive and solved my issue the same day!
