Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I started off as a free to play player. Downloaded REDSEC, progressed some challenges. For example, to unlock the KORD 6P67 I needed to inflict x damage with an Assault Rifle and get y kills with an ...

Done all that, cleared cache, updated the game, restarted PC, played a round,...
And still have don't have all weapons unlocked.
Sick and tired of empty promises😒
