Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I have the same issue on several guns and even some equipment. Challenge says I have completed and unlocked the gun/equipment and but it's still listed as locked in the loadout even and says I am missing requirements for the unlock. I have rebooted several times and played full games for a few hours and no change even after validating game files.
Affected Unlocks:
KORD 6P67
QBZ-192
SL9
KTS100 MK8
QLINK 6
M320A1 SMK
