ever since they simplified the challenges so they weren’t as lengthy I’ve been having issues unlocking stuff. The mission says it’s completed and I should have said item but the it’s locked. I think it’s been two updates now and every time I check it’s the same

I have been having the same issue, specifically the Crack shot challenge to unlock the PSR and the crack shot emblem, and like you it has been that way since they nerfed the challenges
