Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

Ever since the weapon challenges were updated, I have been unable to use the guns for which I have completed the challenges. Does anyone have a way of getting DICE's attention? I feel that this must be an issue for very few people, given that nothing has been done about it two weeks after the update.
