Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

Same issue here on PS5 - Bullet Storm 1 completed but KTS100 MK8 still locked

Platform: PS5

EA Account: Hellamuch

Challenge: Bullet Storm 1

Requirement: Inflict 3,000 damage with LMGs

Progress: 3,000/3,000 [COMPLETED - green checkmark]

Weapon: KTS100 MK8 Factory (Signature Weapon - Support, Long Range / SteadyFire)

Status: Locked - shows “Unlocked through Challenge BULLET STORM 1” with “GO TO” button

Screenshots attached:

1. Challenges tab (shows completed)
2. Armory/Weapon select (shows locked)

Tried these fixes (no change):

• Restarted game/client multiple times
• Played 2+ full matches (Conquest) with LMGs after completion
• Full PS5 cache clear (powered off console for 10+ mins)
• Switched modes/portals and back

This is blocking my progression. Please add to the list and hotfix ASAP!
