Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I started off as a free to play player. Downloaded REDSEC, progressed some challenges. For example, to unlock the KORD 6P67 I needed to inflict x damage with an Assault Rifle and get y kills with an ...

on PC via Steam. DRS-IAR was progressing no problem until the Unstoppable Force version of the weapon. The next two unlocks are "currently unavailable" but my weapon skill is 60.
