Weapons are not unlocking after completing their missions

As many people here, I having this issue too.

I completed the Expert Assault 1 mission that supose to unlock the incendiary shotgun wich is mandatory to do the next mission.

Unfortunately, even completing the mission the shotgun still locked. All this problem came from the patch that reduced the assignments requirements. 

My concern is: Besides that we have tons of pots about this issue afecting lot of people, we still having no clue about any fix. 
It seems that EA didn't said anything about it and I could'nt even open a support ticket.  EA Customer Support got worst from old days.

So... Anyone knows any news about this issue? Any words from EA? Any fix tips?

I already done everything I saw... even reinstaling the game. I play in Steam.
