Weekly Challenge Count Totals Wrong

I have completed multiple sets of weekly missions, and the totals are still showing 10/11. In the case where I do have one mission left (that is not the bonus), it is showing 9/11 completed.

So something in the weekly challenge total counting is not properly accounting for weekly completed missions. 

It doesn't seem to impact anything else at this point as far as I can tell.
